Blue Book 2023 is out

After many months of review and consultation with SPADA and APA (Advertising Producers Aotearoa), The Screen Guild is excited to announce that The Blue Book 2023 is now complete and available to view or download on The Blue Book page of The Screen Guild website. 

We would like to formally thank both SPADA and APA, and express our sincere gratitude for all their time, commitment and support for The Blue Book 2023 release. 

You'll find a full comparative breakdown outlining all changes made to The Blue Book 2023 on The Screen Guild's website, and you can also download a PDF copy of the changes document if you require one. 

Please note:

• We estimate it will take a period of three months to implement the changes in the new bookacross the sector and aim for it to be in full affect by September 2023. Before then, The Screen Guild and SPADA will also schedule a joint members Zoom meeting to discuss the changes and answer any questions.

• The Blue Book now recognises Matariki as a screen production industry public holiday and this will come into effect immediately.
